Ho scelto questo ristorante per le opzioni senza glutine e ne sono rimasta completamente soddisfatta! La maggior parte dei piatti sono adatte ai celiaci o adattabili, per la pasta fresca si riforniscono da un pastificio artigianali e i cappelletti in brodo che ho mangiato erano buonissimi! Molto buono anche il dolce (tenerina con crema al mascarpone) e l&#39;antipasto (capesante con guanciale su crema di zucca), tutto senza glutine. Una menzione va fatta sicuramente al personale, davvero molto gentile e disponibile! Ci siamo trovati molto bene e dovessiamo capitare ancora a Ferrara, sicuramente ci torneremo!
